There are 4 main textile markets in Shaoxing. In this video, we will focus on the Northern Textile Market. This market is divided into 5 districts and deals with more than 300,000 kinds of textiles.

First, we enter the Beilian Market, also known as the Curtain & Cloth Art Market. In this district, you will see all styles of curtains in various materials, like gauze, silk, modal, and chemical fibers. Whether you want simple or luxurious, light or heavy, you can find them here.

The other 4 districts focus mainly on all types of fabric materials. Whether you want to make clothes, tablecloths, dresses, or coats, you will find your favorite textiles here. They come in various patterns too, such as tropical prints, plaid (checks), floral patterns, stripes, and so on. It’s truly stunning!
